Direct vs. Agency
Most local agencies charge $35–45 per hour and pay their caregivers about half of that. The rest covers staffing turnover, scheduling pools, and corporate overhead.
Working with me, there is no agency between us — no rotating staff, no dispatcher, no institutional layer. The same trusted person, every visit, every call. Comparable to private agency care, without anything between us and the work.
